In all honesty Precision Garage Door Service was the first place we contacted and they sent their technician Craig G. to work on our door. As it turned out our unit was fried and we suspect it was from a power surge happened earlier in the week. They confirmed with a text and the technician showed early in the time window they scheduled. Craig was a very polite guy and because of his professionalism we decided to go with Precision and had him replace our motor, he was done in about an hour. I really appreciated that he was honest and very efficient! We will definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service again when the time comes.

Fantastic job by Kaleb and Craig. I called Precision Tuesday am and they were able to come out that afternoon. After they did a complete inspection my 26 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. They replaced the unit the same day in about an hour!
