Will live between Clearwater and Haysville. We’ve used other companies like Overhead Door which was fine but, they never seem to be able to make it out in a timely manor. So I called you guys at 8:00pm approximately and the lady that answered said they could schedule us for the next day. She was very nice to talk to as well. Caleb called the next day and said he could be there a little earlier than scheduled. He was great to talk to and got in fixed the problem and was out. He’s got a great personality and very informative of what needed done. I will be calling you guys again when needed. Thanks Keith

I started thinking of whoni wanted to have install the hardware after my psring broke i did shop around. And found precision they quoted me an excellent quote so i went with them . As the job progressed they did not stop did not complain . It took more parts than previously quoted they never said a word they just kept working they stayed well over the allotted time figured .i will say i am impressed with their dedication to quality work . I highly recommend them for and residential project . Highly satisfied

My overhead door broke Sunday evening, I called Precision first thing Monday morning, I was given an afternoon appointment the same day. Caleb came out, accessed the problems, and went to work. It’s difficult to find a service business that is available to help out iwith a days notice. Precision not only was able to but on a Saturday! Caleb, the tech, called ahead, arrived early and fixed the door to better than it had been in months. I will definitely recommend and use Precisionin in the future!

They took care to make sure they didn't leave a halfway solution, and delivered something that is 100% safe and useable, after my garage door frame had a car smash into it. In all honesty Precision Garage Door Service was the first place we contacted and they sent their technician Craig G. to work on our door. As it turned out our unit was fried and we suspect it was from a power surge happened earlier in the week. They confirmed with a text and the technician showed early in the time window they scheduled. Craig was a very polite guy and because of his professionalism we decided to go with Precision and had him replace our motor, he was done in about an hour. I really appreciated that he was honest and very efficient! We will definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service again when the time comes.

I made the appointment late at night when the garage door would not work. The very next morning Caleb showed up right on time and was especially knowledgeable and a very nice person. He installed a new unit and programmed everything for me. The price was amazing from what I expected. I am a very happy customer and I know I will enjoy my new garage opener. Fantastic job by Kaleb and Craig. I called Precision Tuesday am and they were able to come out that afternoon. After they did a complete inspection my 26 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. They replaced the unit the same day in about an hour! I’m very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Craig and Caleb arrived right on schedule, and they were friendly, professional and very skillful. They replaced a broken torsion spring, all rollers and the center bearing on my garage door, and then they fined tuned the operation of the garage door opener. Also, everything replaced represented a significant upgrade over what was there. When finished, the door worked perfectly, much better than before. In addition, the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the parts and service. In future, I will only rely on Precision for any garage door service or repair I may need.
