My garage door spring broke late at night, I gave Precision Garage Door Service a call and was able to get service by morning. Kaleb arrived quickly, was very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly throughout the whole process. While he was fixing the spring, I asked about adding a weather seal, and he was able to take care of that on the spot as well. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks again!

They answered my phone call and had a service technician (Craig) out to my house the same morning. I knew when I called Precision that my garage door opening system was old and had a broken spring; there was no doubt I needed replacement rather than a repair. Craig was very polite, professional, and it was easy to get along with him. He explained our options and we had our replacement system in place by the afternoon. Highly recommended service and technician!

They were great to work with! I called early on a Friday and they came that day and did the install and were gone mid-afternoon with a completed project. They also adjusted and improved my other garage door(two car garage). Very easy to work with, personable and knowledgeable. Will use them anytime I need garage door work from now on. Thanks.

Craig was very knowledgeable and gave me different options for repair with no pressure. He completed the job in a timely manner and even was able repair a 2nd garage door the same day without a problem. (I originally only scheduled for a single door repair). Highly recommended!

Will live between Clearwater and Haysville. We’ve used other companies like Overhead Door which was fine but, they never seem to be able to make it out in a timely manor. So I called you guys at 8:00pm approximately and the lady that answered said they could schedule us for the next day. She was very nice to talk to as well. Caleb called the next day and said he could be there a little earlier than scheduled. He was great to talk to and got in fixed the problem and was out. He’s got a great personality and very informative of what needed done. I will be calling you guys again when needed. Thanks Keith

We called on Thursday and a technician was able to come out first thing Saturday morning. Kaleb was friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly and when he didn’t know an answer to one question, he called someone to find an answer. We appreciate the quick response and the efficiency of this company.

My overhead door broke Sunday evening, I called Precision first thing Monday morning, I was given an afternoon appointment the same day. Caleb came out, accessed the problems, and went to work. A little over an hour, my door was operating again, with new springs and rollers. A very impressive company. John C.

Precision's friendly and personable staff know what they're doing. They took care to make sure they didn't leave a halfway solution, and delivered something that is 100% safe and useable, after my garage door frame had a car smash into it. One of their guys even went the extra kindness by taking a look next door at a neighbor's garage when he asked. Good quality result and competitive pricing. You're in good hands with Precision!

In all honesty Precision Garage Door Service was the first place we contacted and they sent their technician Craig G. to work on our door. As it turned out our unit was fried and we suspect it was from a power surge happened earlier in the week. They confirmed with a text and the technician showed early in the time window they scheduled. Craig was a very polite guy and because of his professionalism we decided to go with Precision and had him replace our motor, he was done in about an hour. I really appreciated that he was honest and very efficient! We will definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service again when the time comes.

I made the appointment late at night when the garage door would not work. The very next morning Caleb showed up right on time and was especially knowledgeable and a very nice person. He installed a new unit and programmed everything for me. The price was amazing from what I expected. I am a very happy customer and I know I will enjoy my new garage opener. He gave me the booklet and explained it all.

Fantastic job by Kaleb and Craig. I called Precision Tuesday am and they were able to come out that afternoon. After they did a complete inspection my 26 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. They replaced the unit the same day in about an hour! Unbelievable to receive service like that these days. These guys are truly professionals in every way. Great job!! Thank you.
