After a difficult experience with another company I chose Precision. It was a great choice! When the technician arrived he went over a list of things he would do for my garage door and then followed up on them. I was impressed with his demeanor and knowledge I also asked about changing my metal rollers to nylon, which he agreed to do. Not only was he fast, efficient and knowledgeable but his prices were very reasonable for the job done. I would heartily recommend Precision to anyone!

I contacted them late Saturday evening due to my garage door not opening secondary to my spring breaking. They came out Monday morning and provided a full inspection. They offered the required, recommended, and future work needed services. He showed me some additional items that may need replaced sooner than later such as the rollers. I chose to just have the required work done at this time. They gave me the age of my garage door and opener as well which I didn’t know. About an hour later he had me up and running. I explained to him that we had our spring replace a few years ago by another company and the door always seemed a little off. When he was finished he notified me that they had put the wrong spring on my door. It is now super smooth like it was previous to the last repair. Thanks so much for a quick repair!

They did a great job! There were more issues than they thought but he fixed them. Doors work so much better. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Would recommend them very highly!

Precision came through for me when I had an issue fitting my cars on a lift with garage door clearance. They went above and beyond to make sure the cars would fit and the motor on the door was lifted to a good height. Exceptional service and would highly recommend!

I called on a Friday to schedule routine maintenance and an issue with a garage door not closing flush & level. Shortly thereafter, upon closing the door, the cables came off the spool and the door wouldn't close at all. David Hale came out the next day exactly on time as scheduled and began assessing the problem. He provided and thoroughly explained 3 quotes depending on the required work. David immediately began work after agreeing to begin with the cheapest and hopefully the least amount of effort needed. After some time, my garage door was operating perfectly. David was very courteous and friendly during the whole ordeal. He explained the cause of the problem and how to prevent future similar problems. I was so impressed with this repair, I asked about a price for door seals and will be making an appointment in the near future. I'd highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service as they were prompt, friendly and sincere in fixing my garage door.

I had a garage door repair & took a chance on Precision Garage Door. The business responded and replacing horizontal strut & rollers. Fairly simple repair I had believed. My tenant returned home & was able to open garage door but is unable to now close door. Currently Wichita is under a severe weather advisory wind, rain & hail. I called the business hoping for an answer of” yes we can respond to make things right” and get your garage door working properly. I was mistaken Unfortunately i told we can get you scheduled in the morning Pretty disappointing and I will not use this company again nor would I recommend family or friend to this business $345.00 mistake

Needed an estimate for a new garage door. They were prompt in getting back with me and setting up a time. They inspected and did all the measurements and went over many different options, price points, etc. They quoted me a very fair price for the product and job. I was very pleased. We’d been annoyed by our inconsistent garage door for a little while. When I saw the option to book an appointment online I was able to secure one for the next morning. Chris and JaQuam did a wonderful job communicating and making the adjustments that I wanted. I love that they offer a tiered service so customers can choose if they only want essentials fixed, all the bells and whistles for maintenance free service, and a level in between. They also offer a la carte service add ons! The in depth communication was so helpful. The pricing options are budget friendly. Both gentlemen have a welcoming demeanor and genuine desire to help others. I’ve had 2 other companies work on our garage door over the years. While both were quite nice and effective, this experience is easily the best. I highly recommend.
