This was the second time we've used Precision, and we've been fully satisfied. They have responded the day after we called both times, and we appreciate them sending a picture of the tech who will do the work. This time we were having problems with the wall control and the opener. Craig called before his arrival time and showed up promptly. He did a full inspection on the door, the springs, the tracks and cables, and the opener and gave his report on the findings. He then installed a new wall control that we had purchased to replace the old after testing to make sure it would operate the door. Our opener is old and will eventually require replacement but for the time being he got it working for us and we are happy with his efforts. When the day comes to replace the opener we will definitely call Precision to do the work.

Very kind, quick and polite. Craig took the time to explain all of options. Told us what we should replace, could replace and the bare minium replacement. Also educated us on care for our garage door. Very pleased with the service and education we received today. Craig was exceptionally pleasant and patient with us. We had a lot of questions. We ended up purchasing a complete new garage door replacement with opening hardware. Super excited to have a new garage door.

Totally great experience. Craig was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. My appointment setup was quickly done and he arrived alittle early. Upon him finishing the issue called for he preformed a "checkup" on the door (16 years old) and informed me of things I might consider having done and he did so in a manner with NO pressure. That's always appreciated. Did have the rollers replaced and you can notice the difference in noise level and over all working of the door. Such a pleasure to work with a company that does what they say they'll do, in the time period they give you, and are friendly to boot. Now have your card and know if I should need service again you'll be who I call. Really appreciate your service. Thank you so much. Laura

Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Attempted to repair existing opener but parts were not available (it was old). Installed new opener quickly and ensured that everything was working. Stayed until myQ app was registered and auto Homelink programming was complete. Serviced/lubed existing rollers, hinges, etc... Highly recommend Precision (and Craig G) if you need service to an existing opener or are looking for a new system.

Today, Craig from Precision Garage Door Service, completed in 4 hours what I did not think was even possible in an afternoon. I wanted to replace all 3 of our residential garage door openers, with new motors, new belts, and all the miscellaneous hardware and gadgets too. Two other companies said they would have someone in sales call me. But Precision had Craig out to the house within an hour, gave me a simple to understand bid, and got the work done within 4 hours! They wanted my business, and were hungry to get the job done. I could not be happier. Removed all grease smudges before leaving, pre-programmed all remotes, and the new Liftmaster units are awesome. I can't recommend them enough!

Craig did a great job replacing our garage door springs, rollers, bearings and damage to our opener connection point. He was punctual, very courteous and answered all my questions. Our garage door now is super quiet and works better than when it was new 19 years ago!

After reviewing your company information and customer reviews, I decided to give your company a call. Craig called ahead and was here on time. He was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I enjoyed visiting with him and learning about your company. When I have garage door needs in the future, I will be calling your company again. Craig, thank you for the information and service provided this morning. It is very much appreciated.

They answered my phone call and had a service technician (Craig) out to my house the same morning. I knew when I called Precision that my garage door opening system was old and had a broken spring; there was no doubt I needed replacement rather than a repair. Craig was very polite, professional, and it was easy to get along with him. He explained our options and we had our replacement system in place by the afternoon. Highly recommended service and technician!

They were great to work with! I called early on a Friday and they came that day and did the install and were gone mid-afternoon with a completed project. They also adjusted and improved my other garage door(two car garage). Very easy to work with, personable and knowledgeable. Will use them anytime I need garage door work from now on. Thanks.

In all honesty Precision Garage Door Service was the first place we contacted and they sent their technician Craig G. to work on our door. As it turned out our unit was fried and we suspect it was from a power surge happened earlier in the week. They confirmed with a text and the technician showed early in the time window they scheduled. Craig was a very polite guy and because of his professionalism we decided to go with Precision and had him replace our motor, he was done in about an hour. I really appreciated that he was honest and very efficient! We will definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service again when the time comes.

I’m very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Craig and Caleb arrived right on schedule, and they were friendly, professional and very skillful. They replaced a broken torsion spring, all rollers and the center bearing on my garage door, and then they fined tuned the operation of the garage door opener. Also, everything replaced represented a significant upgrade over what was there. When finished, the door worked perfectly, much better than before. In addition, the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the parts and service. In future, I will only rely on Precision for any garage door service or repair I may need.

Very nice technician (Craig) came out the same day & determined the garage door motor was just too old (15 yrs) & suggested a new assembly. I was astounded by the price, but not much can be done about our out of control inflation driving prices sky high. They did offer a discount when I inquired about a second unit to keep all the openers in synch, so that helped a bit. Craig was very efficient & fast; he is the reason for the 5 star rating. Much nicer that the other companies I have used. Surprised the new units didn't come with light bulbs, but my guess is they would only break during transit. We'll have to see if these units last as long as the last ones. They are quieter!!!
