Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Attempted to repair existing opener but parts were not available (it was old). Installed new opener quickly and ensured that everything was working. Stayed until myQ app was registered and auto Homelink programming was complete. Serviced/lubed existing rollers, hinges, etc... Highly recommend Precision (and Craig G) if you need service to an existing opener or are looking for a new system.

Craig G was very good at telling me everything he was looking at and no pressure on replacing everything that he saw that was wearing out. Pleasant to talk to and took care of all I asked to be done in a timely manner. Replaced Springs and rollers and bearings and later will look at replacing Garage door it’s ok right now. Today, Craig from Precision Garage Door Service, completed in 4 hours what I did not think was even possible in an afternoon. I wanted to replace all 3 of our residential garage door openers, with new motors, new belts, and all the miscellaneous hardware and gadgets too. Two other companies said they would have someone in sales call me. But Precision had Craig out to the house within an hour, gave me a simple to understand bid, and got the work done within 4 hours! They wanted my business, and were hungry to get the job done. I could not be happier. Removed all grease smudges before leaving, pre-programmed all remotes, and the new Liftmaster units are awesome. I can't recommend them enough!

In all honesty Precision Garage Door Service was the first place we contacted and they sent their technician Craig G. to work on our door. As it turned out our unit was fried and we suspect it was from a power surge happened earlier in the week. They confirmed with a text and the technician showed early in the time window they scheduled. Craig was a very polite guy and because of his professionalism we decided to go with Precision and had him replace our motor, he was done in about an hour. I really appreciated that he was honest and very efficient! We will definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service again when the time comes.

I’m very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Craig and Caleb arrived right on schedule, and they were friendly, professional and very skillful. They replaced a broken torsion spring, all rollers and the center bearing on my garage door, and then they fined tuned the operation of the garage door opener. Also, everything replaced represented a significant upgrade over what was there. When finished, the door worked perfectly, much better than before. In addition, the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the parts and service. In future, I will only rely on Precision for any garage door service or repair I may need.

Very nice technician (Craig) came out the same day & determined the garage door motor was just too old (15 yrs) & suggested a new assembly. I was astounded by the price, but not much can be done about our out of control inflation driving prices sky high. They did offer a discount when I inquired about a second unit to keep all the openers in synch, so that helped a bit. Craig was very efficient & fast; he is the reason for the 5 star rating. Much nicer that the other companies I have used. Surprised the new units didn't come with light bulbs, but my guess is they would only break during transit. We'll have to see if these units last as long as the last ones. They are quieter!!!

I contacted them late Saturday evening due to my garage door not opening secondary to my spring breaking. They came out Monday morning and provided a full inspection. They offered the required, recommended, and future work needed services. He showed me some additional items that may need replaced sooner than later such as the rollers. I chose to just have the required work done at this time. They gave me the age of my garage door and opener as well which I didn’t know. About an hour later he had me up and running. I explained to him that we had our spring replace a few years ago by another company and the door always seemed a little off. When he was finished he notified me that they had put the wrong spring on my door. It is now super smooth like it was previous to the last repair. Thanks so much for a quick repair!
