My garage door spring broke late at night, I gave Precision Garage Door Service a call and was able to get service by morning. Kaleb arrived quickly, was very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly throughout the whole process. While he was fixing the spring, I asked about adding a weather seal, and he was able to take care of that on the spot as well. Excellent service from start to finish. Will live between Clearwater and Haysville. We’ve used other companies like Overhead Door which was fine but, they never seem to be able to make it out in a timely manor. So I called you guys at 8:00pm approximately and the lady that answered said they could schedule us for the next day. She was very nice to talk to as well. Caleb called the next day and said he could be there a little earlier than scheduled. He was great to talk to and got in fixed the problem and was out. He’s got a great personality and very informative of what needed done. I will be calling you guys again when needed. Thanks Keith

I started thinking of whoni wanted to have install the hardware after my psring broke i did shop around. And found precision they quoted me an excellent quote so i went with them . As the job progressed they did not stop did not complain . It took more parts than previously quoted they never said a word they just kept working they stayed well over the allotted time figured .i will say i am impressed with their dedication to quality work . I highly recommend them for and residential project . Highly satisfied

My overhead door broke Sunday evening, I called Precision first thing Monday morning, I was given an afternoon appointment the same day. Caleb came out, accessed the problems, and went to work. It’s difficult to find a service business that is available to help out iwith a days notice. Precision not only was able to but on a Saturday! Fantastic job by Kaleb and Craig. I called Precision Tuesday am and they were able to come out that afternoon. After they did a complete inspection my 26 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. They replaced the unit the same day in about an hour!
