We used Precision Garage Door in Texas and found them to be fabulous, so when we needed a new opener here in Wichita, I went straight to Precision. I am thoroughly impressed! Dalton arrived on time, he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and did an excellent job. Don't fool around with those other guys!

Same day service. Dalton, the technician even called to ask if he could arrive earlier. Dalton was quick with the diagnosis and provided 3 separate repair options. I enjoyed the text message that arrived on my phone after I scheduled the appointment to give me the technician's name, photo, and a little about him. Thanks, Dalton!!

Our service technician, Dalton, was wonderful. He was so helpful and courteous. Explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and then fixed the problem. His knowledge and his professionalism was fantastic. Because of our interaction with him, his promptness to our house, and a job well done, we will always tell people about the wonderful experience we had with Precision Garage Door and their technician, Dalton.

David, the owner did a great job on repairing my older garage door opener. I would recommend his company to anyone needing regular or emergency service. I went ahead and scheduled my other garage opener for routine maintenance.

Needed an estimate for a new garage door. They were prompt in getting back with me and setting up a time. They inspected and did all the measurements and went over many different options, price points, etc. They quoted me a very fair price for the product and job. I was very pleased. They were very easy to work with and very polite. The door will be ordered and here in a couple weeks. Can’t wait to see the finished results.

I needed a "tune up" on my older garage door. I called for an estimate and was promptly contacted and made an appointment for the next day. The technician (Dalton) called me to tell me when he would arrive, He arrived on time, explained to me what he needed to do after inspecting my problem. He gave me several options to repair the problem, ranging from the least expensive to the most expensive. I was able to choose the repair that solved my problem that was in my budget. Dalton was very professional, knowledgable, and was able to complete the job quickly. He was very concerned that the job was done to my satisfaction. I was very happy with his work and would recommend his service.

We’d been annoyed by our inconsistent garage door for a little while. When I saw the option to book an appointment online I was able to secure one for the next morning. Chris and JaQuam did a wonderful job communicating and making the adjustments that I wanted. I love that they offer a tiered service so customers can choose if they only want essentials fixed, all the bells and whistles for maintenance free service, and a level in between. They also offer a la carte service add ons! The in depth communication was so helpful. The pricing options are budget friendly. Both gentlemen have a welcoming demeanor and genuine desire to help others. I’ve had 2 other companies work on our garage door over the years. While both were quite nice and effective, this experience is easily the best. I highly recommend.
