I had a garage door repair & took a chance on Precision Garage Door. The business responded and replacing horizontal strut & rollers. Fairly simple repair I had believed. My tenant returned home & was able to open garage door but is unable to now close door. Currently Wichita is under a severe weather advisory wind, rain & hail. I called the business hoping for an answer of” yes we can respond to make things right” and get your garage door working properly. I was mistaken Unfortunately i told we can get you scheduled in the morning Pretty disappointing and I will not use this company again nor would I recommend family or friend to this business $345.00 mistake

The technician (Dalton) called me to tell me when he would arrive, He arrived on time, explained to me what he needed to do after inspecting my problem. He gave me several options to repair the problem, ranging from the least expensive to the most expensive. I was able to choose the repair that solved my problem that was in my budget. Dalton was very professional, knowledgable, and was able to complete the job quickly. He was very concerned that the job was done to my satisfaction.
