It’s difficult to find a service business that is available to help out iwith a days notice. Precision not only was able to but on a Saturday! Caleb, the tech, called ahead, arrived early and fixed the door to better than it had been in months. I will definitely recommend and use Precisionin in the future!

Precision's friendly and personable staff know what they're doing. They took care to make sure they didn't leave a halfway solution, and delivered something that is 100% safe and useable, after my garage door frame had a car smash into it. One of their guys even went the extra kindness by taking a look next door at a neighbor's garage when he asked. Good quality result and competitive pricing. You're in good hands with Precision!

In all honesty Precision Garage Door Service was the first place we contacted and they sent their technician Craig G. to work on our door. As it turned out our unit was fried and we suspect it was from a power surge happened earlier in the week. They confirmed with a text and the technician showed early in the time window they scheduled. Craig was a very polite guy and because of his professionalism we decided to go with Precision and had him replace our motor, he was done in about an hour. I really appreciated that he was honest and very efficient! We will definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service again when the time comes.

I made the appointment late at night when the garage door would not work. The very next morning Caleb showed up right on time and was especially knowledgeable and a very nice person. He installed a new unit and programmed everything for me. The price was amazing from what I expected. I am a very happy customer and I know I will enjoy my new garage opener. He gave me the booklet and explained it all.

Fantastic job by Kaleb and Craig. I called Precision Tuesday am and they were able to come out that afternoon. After they did a complete inspection my 26 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. They replaced the unit the same day in about an hour! Unbelievable to receive service like that these days. These guys are truly professionals in every way. Great job!! Thank you.

I’m very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Craig and Caleb arrived right on schedule, and they were friendly, professional and very skillful. They replaced a broken torsion spring, all rollers and the center bearing on my garage door, and then they fined tuned the operation of the garage door opener. Also, everything replaced represented a significant upgrade over what was there. When finished, the door worked perfectly, much better than before. In addition, the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the parts and service. In future, I will only rely on Precision for any garage door service or repair I may need.

Very nice technician (Craig) came out the same day & determined the garage door motor was just too old (15 yrs) & suggested a new assembly. I was astounded by the price, but not much can be done about our out of control inflation driving prices sky high. They did offer a discount when I inquired about a second unit to keep all the openers in synch, so that helped a bit. Craig was very efficient & fast; he is the reason for the 5 star rating. Much nicer that the other companies I have used. Surprised the new units didn't come with light bulbs, but my guess is they would only break during transit. We'll have to see if these units last as long as the last ones. They are quieter!!!

After a difficult experience with another company I chose Precision. It was a great choice! When the technician arrived he went over a list of things he would do for my garage door and then followed up on them. I was impressed with his demeanor and knowledge I also asked about changing my metal rollers to nylon, which he agreed to do. Not only was he fast, efficient and knowledgeable but his prices were very reasonable for the job done. I would heartily recommend Precision to anyone!
