My garage door spring broke late at night, I gave Precision Garage Door Service a call and was able to get service by morning. Kaleb arrived quickly, was very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly throughout the whole process. While he was fixing the spring, I asked about adding a weather seal, and he was able to take care of that on the spot as well. Excellent service from start to finish. They answered my phone call and had a service technician (Craig) out to my house the same morning. I knew when I called Precision that my garage door opening system was old and had a broken spring; there was no doubt I needed replacement rather than a repair. Craig was very polite, professional, and it was easy to get along with him. He explained our options and we had our replacement system in place by the afternoon. Will live between Clearwater and Haysville. We’ve used other companies like Overhead Door which was fine but, they never seem to be able to make it out in a timely manor. So I called you guys at 8:00pm approximately and the lady that answered said they could schedule us for the next day. She was very nice to talk to as well. Caleb called the next day and said he could be there a little earlier than scheduled. He was great to talk to and got in fixed the problem and was out. I started thinking of whoni wanted to have install the hardware after my psring broke i did shop around. And found precision they quoted me an excellent quote so i went with them . As the job progressed they did not stop did not complain . It took more parts than previously quoted they never said a word they just kept working they stayed well over the allotted time figured .i will say i am impressed with their dedication to quality work . My overhead door broke Sunday evening, I called Precision first thing Monday morning, I was given an afternoon appointment the same day. Caleb came out, accessed the problems, and went to work. It’s difficult to find a service business that is available to help out iwith a days notice. Precision not only was able to but on a Saturday! In all honesty Precision Garage Door Service was the first place we contacted and they sent their technician Craig G. to work on our door. As it turned out our unit was fried and we suspect it was from a power surge happened earlier in the week. They confirmed with a text and the technician showed early in the time window they scheduled. Craig was a very polite guy and because of his professionalism we decided to go with Precision and had him replace our motor, he was done in about an hour. I really appreciated that he was honest and very efficient! We will definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service again when the time comes.

Fantastic job by Kaleb and Craig. I called Precision Tuesday am and they were able to come out that afternoon. After they did a complete inspection my 26 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. They replaced the unit the same day in about an hour!
