This was the second time we've used Precision, and we've been fully satisfied. They have responded the day after we called both times, and we appreciate them sending a picture of the tech who will do the work. This time we were having problems with the wall control and the opener. Craig called before his arrival time and showed up promptly. He did a full inspection on the door, the springs, the tracks and cables, and the opener and gave his report on the findings. He then installed a new wall control that we had purchased to replace the old after testing to make sure it would operate the door. Our opener is old and will eventually require replacement but for the time being he got it working for us and we are happy with his efforts. When the day comes to replace the opener we will definitely call Precision to do the work.

Totally great experience. Craig was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. My appointment setup was quickly done and he arrived alittle early. Upon him finishing the issue called for he preformed a "checkup" on the door (16 years old) and informed me of things I might consider having done and he did so in a manner with NO pressure. That's always appreciated. Did have the rollers replaced and you can notice the difference in noise level and over all working of the door. Such a pleasure to work with a company that does what they say they'll do, in the time period they give you, and are friendly to boot. Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Attempted to repair existing opener but parts were not available (it was old). Installed new opener quickly and ensured that everything was working. Stayed until myQ app was registered and auto Homelink programming was complete. Serviced/lubed existing rollers, hinges, etc... Highly recommend Precision (and Craig G) if you need service to an existing opener or are looking for a new system.

Today, Craig from Precision Garage Door Service, completed in 4 hours what I did not think was even possible in an afternoon. I wanted to replace all 3 of our residential garage door openers, with new motors, new belts, and all the miscellaneous hardware and gadgets too. Two other companies said they would have someone in sales call me. But Precision had Craig out to the house within an hour, gave me a simple to understand bid, and got the work done within 4 hours! They wanted my business, and were hungry to get the job done. I could not be happier. Removed all grease smudges before leaving, pre-programmed all remotes, and the new Liftmaster units are awesome. I can't recommend them enough!
